What We Do
We specialize in handling contract negotiations, salary arbitration, trades, free agency, and legal matters. We also excel in soliciting and negotiating endorsement agreements and other income-producing opportunities for our players.
In addition, Alliance Sports Management has a network of managed independent resources across the country through which we can provide assistance with money management, tax and financial planning, property transactions, as well as complex legal affairs. We also have the resources and connections necessary to provide every one of our clients with elite skill development as well as strength & conditioning, medical care, and physical therapy assistance. We pride ourselves on the ability to assist and help solve any and all issues that arise throughout a player's career. That is made possible due to our 50+ years of combined experience advising and representing elite players at all levels of the game.

Contract Negotiations
Over the past 25 years, our agents have negotiated in excess of $500 million in contracts across all levels of professional baseball. From the MLB Amateur Draft, to Salary Arbitration contracts, and ultimately Major League Free Agency, ASM has been an industry leader in maximizing player values and delivering top of the market contracts to our clients. Salary Arbitration
With more than 75 years of combined experience, Alliance Sports Management's team of skilled negotiators delivers unmatched expertise in arbitration preparation and negotiation. For more than 25 years, ASM agents have successfully represented some of the most accomplished players in the Major Leagues and have continually registered market moving results.
MLB Draft
ASM has advised 25 1st round picks and more than 40 Top 2 round picks since 2000 and has proven to provide the very best in Draft preparation and expertise to amateur players and their families.
International
ASM has long-standing relationships and has had tremendous success over the past 25+ years with international leagues including the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) and Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) in Japan. ASM has negotiated record setting contracts overseas, including the largest contract guarantee ever given to a foreign-born pitcher.

Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL)
